How It Works
APM requires all intended parents to fully fund a state bar trust account before embryo transfer — so you never have to worry about whether or how you'll be paid. The funds are managed by a reproductive attorney who sends payments directly to you based on your signed contract. Base comp is $50K+ paid in equal monthly installments once pregnancy is confirmed, with remaining balance paid within 14 days of birth.
